The Florence Douglas Center is seeking individuals to fill three member-at-large positions on the board of directors. Serving on the board is an interesting and rewarding opportunity that allows you to support our Center and its members.

2. Submit the Form: Send your completed form to participant services at the Florence Douglas Center.
